Branch Technical Officer
- One (1) fixed term or ongoing Branch Technical Officer, Grade 4 position is being offered in the Land Information Management Branch in the Land Revenue Services Division, Ballarat.
- VPS Grade 4 - Salary $97,955 plus 12% superannuation.
- Based in Ballarat, with hybrid working arrangements.

The opportunity
As a Branch Technical Officer, you will undertake tasks that support the administration of various tax revenue line/s, update, maintain and review the customer database and support the delivery of effective and efficient customer services.
Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving, and assisting others to resolve, complex and tax technical matters, including those escalated by, or referred from, other teams.
- Communicating directly with customers via phone, email and written correspondence.
- Achieving agreed performance targets and supporting business objectives.
- Coaching team members and providing effective leadership.
